Everything here was produced in-house, which is why the finish is consistent across projects years apart. Most of the interior work was installed in tenanted Class A and Class B office towers, meaning a certificate of insurance naming the building, a booked freight elevator and after-hours access, all of which we arrange with the property manager as part of the job.

Most sign orders are completed within 5 to 10 business days after design approval. Permit review, where a sign needs it, sits outside that window.
On-site measurement rather than measurement from a drawing is why these installations sit flush and level on walls that are rarely as square as the plan says.

Regularly. A large share of the interior work in this gallery came through architects, interior designers, property managers and general contractors rather than direct from the end tenant. We work from architectural drawings, provide signage specifications and shop drawings where a submittal requires them, and coordinate installation around a construction schedule. We also publish signage by industry, including real estate and construction signage and agency and reseller production.
Yes. Matching an existing sign means matching four things: the substrate, the finish, the typeface and the mounting method. Send photographs and, if you have them, the original artwork or the previous vendor’s spec. Where the original spec is gone, we identify the material from photographs and samples and produce a match, which is the normal case for a multi-site rollout that started with someone else.
Call or send the project through the form with three things: which images look closest, the dimensions of the space or the vehicle, and the date you need it live. Most quotes go out within a business day once we know those three. For anything mounted outdoors, projecting off a facade or illuminated, we also confirm early whether the sign falls into a Department of Buildings permit path or, on a landmarked building, Landmarks Preservation Commission review.
