Get Professional Signage That Boosts Your Business Visibility, Fast & Hassle-Free!
The team at One Search reached out with what seemed like a simple request: a privacy film for their glass conference room. But during the first walkthrough, the founder showed us his vision that shifted the entire direction of the project. He wasn’t looking for a standard installation. He had a story to tell that needed to show up in every detail of the space using multiple materials and effective production methods.
The office felt clean and modern but lacked character. The founder, a native of England, wanted to create a personal, thoughtful reflection of who he is, where he came from, and what his team has built. He also wanted to pay tribute to his late co-founder and best friend. The challenge was combining function and story in a cohesive, uncluttered way while providing the best privacy function.

Personalization
The project was full of nods to the client’s background and identity. We cut the London skyline into the frosting for the conference room, a subtle tribute to the founder’s roots in the UK.
Emotion and Tribute
A vinyl silhouette of the client’s late business partner from a picture of his friend drinking a Negroni with London’s skyline added meaning and warmth to the glass wall outside his office. This feature created a moment of memory within a professional setting.
Brand Consistency
From vinyl door signs to dimensional lettering in the reception area, the design choices were connected with clean lines, matching fonts, and modern finishes.
We approached the project in layers, starting with the story and building the materials around it.
Frosted Glass Vinyl
We used high-quality frosted vinyl to add privacy to their conference room. Instead of a simple stripe or gradient, we custom-cut the London skyline with Tower Bridge, Big Ben, and the London Eye into the film on the conference room glass. This adds privacy while creating a clean visual anchor that’s both personal and understated.
Custom Cut Vinyl Sign
One of the most meaningful pieces in this project was a memorial to the founder’s late friend and co-founder. He gave us a photo of his friend holding a Negroni, and we turned it into a detailed vinyl silhouette. We used the image to design a custom vinyl silhouette and paired it with the skyline, which was applied to the exterior face of the glass. On the back, we installed frosted vinyl to create depth and texture. The result is a tribute that blends seamlessly into the space while adding real emotional weight. Visitors might not know the meaning, but to the client, it’s everything.
Door Privacy Signs
Throughout the office, we installed cut vinyl lettering on internal doors to maintain a consistent look and provide clarity. Using the client’s chosen font, we kept the labels simple, modern, and clean. This strategy gave the whole space a cohesive, professional tone without overcomplicating it.
Dimensional Acrylic Lettering with Custom Cut Vinyl Wall Art
In the reception area, we installed raised acrylic lettering for the company name and paired it with layered vinyl graphics on the wall. This added depth, texture, and a unique visual moment right as you enter the space, setting the tone for the rest of the office.
Everything used the same palette and materials, which gave the entire office a unified, professional feel.
The final space feels calm, sharp, and fully personalized. The frosting added privacy and softness while subtly telling a story. The tribute panel isn’t loud or distracting. It’s simple, elegant, and placed in a spot the client walks by daily. Additionally, the brand elements tie the entire office together, from the front door to the back hallway.
More importantly, the client felt seen. He didn’t just want something that looked good, but he wanted something that meant something. By combining high-end materials with storytelling, we helped him build an office that feels like home without losing its edge.
