Custom Trade Show Event Displays and Banners in NYC

If you’re preparing to attend a trade show or business expo, you may be feeling overwhelmed. There are a lot of factors to consider when getting ready for these events, and you want to be certain you’re putting your best face forward. One way to do this is to invest in quality trade show displays.

Now, you might be wondering how to best design these displays. After all, we’re sure you’ve seen some really fancy ones, whether online or in person. Maybe you’re a little daunted by the prospect of choosing the right materials and signage components. However, you don’t have to worry. Designing a great trade show display doesn’t have to be hard. You can get one designed and set up before you can say “retractable banners!” So, let’s take a look at some of the moving parts, so to speak, of trade show displays.

Foldout Tables and Fabric Throws

You need a base for your trade show display. That base generally comes in the form of a foldout table covered by a fabric throw. Your fabric throw should be branded for best results. What does this mean? Well, put your company’s name and logo on it, and use your brand’s color scheme as well. This will ensure that people walking by your booth will recognize and remember you.

A quick note: don’t let the fabric throw be either too long or too short. Too long, and it’ll get dirty. Too short, and it’ll look unprofessional.

Retractable Banners

These are the bread and butter of trade show displays. Retractable banners can come in a few sizes. Choose the larger floor-length ones for the sides of your booth. You can advertise new products and pictures on these. For your table, you can use tabletop banners. While these are smaller, they are just as effective at advertising your products and services. For these, you can put a little more detailed information on them, as a sort of follow-up from the floor-length banners.

Trade Show Tents

Top off your trade show display with a custom branded tent. You can put your name and logo on this, as well as perhaps a phone number and website that your visitors can go to after they get home. Design your tent to be large and in charge, so people will see your company’s name from all the way across the expo floor.

Get Great Trade Show Displays

These are just the basics of a quality trade show display, but don’t worry–you can get as creative as you like. There are a lot of options for trade show displays; just let your creativity guide you.
